Youth small is 6/8, medium is 10/12 and large is 14/16. If it is a ladies item they generally run more fitted so depending how you would like it to fit you may want to size up. Most items are unisex and run true to size. The unisex is typically a loose casual fit on women and you can choose to size down if you like it fitted.
